Health is so much more than just being free from disease. A holistic approach to health involves optimal well-being on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Our bodies and minds contain so many resources to achieve this, if only we listen to the signals.
As the seasons change, we also change. We notice a change in the food we need, our sleep patterns and our energy levels. Some times of the year are ideal for making changes in our lives and are full of energy, and some are more conducive to reflection and inner nourishment.
Each one day retreat will be inspired by the seasons, the changing weather and the surrounding nature.

What to expect from the one day retreat:

Start at 10:00, finish at 18:30.

Delicious morning drink, extensive lunch, snacks and a light evening meal.

All food is organic, nutritious, unprocessed and whole, with no wheat or refined sugars. Predominantly plant-based with some flexitarian options. Dietary requirements gladly catered for.

2 x 90 minute yoga classes, no experience required.

Time for yourself to reflect, write, meditate, walk, read.

Guided meditation.

Some periods of the day spent in silence.

The retreat will be lead in Dutch or English depending on the participants
Prachtige locatie, heerlijk eten en vooral Chiara en Hazel zorgen ervoor dat je een dag hebt om helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Een aanrader!
Leuke lieve mensen, super ontspannen sfeer en daardoor kon ik me ook echt overgeven aan het niks doen. Het was zo fijn om echt even weg te zijn. Wat een verwennerij om zo verzorgd te worden zonder dat ook maar iets je werd opgelegd, maar je er wel op kon vertrouwen dat alles aanwezig was als je zou willen. Ik voelde me echt gedragen en kon rusten.
Een aanrader voor iedereen die van yoga, natuur en lekker eten houdt! Echt ‘n cadeautje voor jezelf! Lekker een dag offline, energie op doen, ontspannen en genieten! Je wordt heerlijk in de watten gelegd door Chiara en Hazel, het ontbreekt aan niets en het enige wat je hoeft te doen is loslaten en je te laten leiden door de dag heen!

We charge €75 to cover all costs made.
The time spent by Hazel and Chiara in preparation and on the day itself is not included in the above price. We welcome with gratitude donations for this time. Please give what your budget allows.
